What We Believe

Wolcott Christian Church is a non-denominational church that looks to the 66-book canon of scripture as our only infallible rule of faith. We believe that in the scriptures we find all that is necessary for faith in Jesus Christ, and only through Him do we find salvation from our sins.

That being said, we do believe that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23), and all therefore must receive God’s grace through faith in Christ in order to have hope of salvation. We are not perfect people by any stretch of the imagination, but in Christ we can all find hope in God’s mercy and love for us.
